Magna Saga est d’ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 d’une belle r\u00e9putation au royaume de sa Majest\u00e9, apr\u00e8s avoir notamment ouvert pour Nick Oliveri, Brant Bjork, les Truckfighters ou encore Nebula. Cette r\u00e9putation repose sur l’intensit\u00e9 de leurs performances live, mais aussi sur la qualit\u00e9 de leurs morceaux. Les 5 titres qui composent The Fox sont la parfaite illustration de ce que le trio londonien est capable de faire en mati\u00e8re de cocktail musical d\u00e9tonnant. Des vocaux tant\u00f4t pop, tant\u00f4t QOTSA-ien, une musique proprette fleurtant tout aussi bien avec l’aspect poussi\u00e8reux du stoner de la sc\u00e8ne de so-cal, qu’avec le c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0in-your face\u00a0\u00bb d’un Karma To Burn (le combo de West Virginia n’aurait certainement jamais reni\u00e9 un morceau comme l’instrumental ‘The fox’). Le r\u00e9sultat est absolument g\u00e9nialissime et plein de fra\u00eecheur. Entre le somptueux ‘Bellicose’, et son enivrante mont\u00e9e en puissance \u00e0 faire dresser les poils d’un imberbe, l’excellent ‘First and last’ ou encore l’\u00e9norme final syncop\u00e9 de ‘The night of broken glass’, vous n’aurez que l’embarras du choix pour satisfaire vos oreilles. Apr\u00e8s les Beatles et le Sab’, Magna Saga m\u00e9rite d’\u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0the next big thing\u00a0\u00bb venue d’Angleterre…..Ces trois l\u00e0 ne resteront pas sans label tr\u00e8s longtemps.<\/p>\n
