Ami de longue date, il a d\u00e9j\u00e0 collabor\u00e9 plusieurs fois avec Brant Bjork (Ch\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Sans \u00eatre radicalement diff\u00e9rents, chaque album de Brant Bjork est une pi\u00e8ce unique dot\u00e9 de son identit\u00e9 propre. Il est donc assez difficile d&rsquo;anticiper la premi\u00e8re \u00e9coute de ce nouvel album sobrement intitul\u00e9 Somera Sol. Saved By Magic sorti en 2005 \u00e9tait un excellent album, celui-ci sera-t-il confirmer la direction musicale entam\u00e9e deux ans auparavant ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Turn Yourself On ouvre le bal de fa\u00e7on parfaite avec son rythme simple et efficace et nous plonge directement dans le bain. Agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d&rsquo;un solo fort sympathique qui montre \u00e0 quel point l&rsquo;ami Brant peut maintenant \u00e0 juste titre \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme guitariste \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re, cet excellent titre laisse pr\u00e9figurer de ce que sera le r\u00e9sultat final. Si je devais r\u00e9sumer en quelques mots je dirai que ce n&rsquo;est pas r\u00e9volutionnaire mais que c&rsquo;est bougrement efficace.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;ensemble de l&rsquo;album est tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9. Tant\u00f4t calme, tant\u00f4t rock, cette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 tourne autour de plusieurs points communs : la qualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9criture, d&rsquo;interpr\u00e9tation et de r\u00e9alisation.<br \/>\nCette vari\u00e9t\u00e9 prend tout son sens avec des titres comme Lion Wings et Blood In The Gallery. Le premier avec la pr\u00e9sence du saxo pourra surprendre mais assur\u00e9ment pas d\u00e9cevoir. Ce titre laisse entrevoir de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s. Une sorte de test grandeur nature que tente l\u00e0 Brant Bjork. Et que dire du deuxi\u00e8me, \u00e9crit conjointement par Dylan Roche et Mario Lalli, qui titille notre imaginaire en nous laissant penser qu&rsquo;une implication plus importante des membres du groupe dans l&rsquo;\u00e9criture de nouvelles chansons permettrait au combo de passer un cap suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Bref, difficile de trouver un point faible \u00e0 ce disque, mais tr\u00e8s simple de trouver dix raisons de vous le procurer (les dix titres de cet album bien s\u00fbr). Les Bros ont une nouvelle fois \u00e9t\u00e9 capables de confirmer tous les espoirs et ont, mine de rien, laiss\u00e9 pr\u00e9sager d&rsquo;un avenir musical vari\u00e9 et riche.
